"My kids won't eat veggies.... but Sam I like green eggs and ham! I do! I like them Sam-I-Am! And...... the secret is chopped spinach & green food coloring for the eggs & we just substitute chopped hot dogs for the ham. Makes for a kid friendly egg scramble!!!!!"

ingredients

1 large egg
2 -4 tablespoons chopped spinach, very fine
1 hot dog
green food coloring

directions

Heat hot dog in frying pan.
Use spatula to chop it up.
Crack egg in bowl add food color the quickly add in spinach to hide.
Mix well, then ask you kids to help
pour over the hot dog and scramble.
