  1. Place lid on Tmix bowl. Set blades running at speed 9. Drop garlic cloves one by one onto running blades to mince. Scrape down sides.
  2. Add 20 grams olive oil to minced garlic. Cook 3 minutes/90º/speed 1.
  3. Add olives and capers to the bowl. Blitz on turbo 2 or 3 times until a smooth paste is formed. Add the remaining olive oil only if necessary to achieve the correct consistency.
  4. Serve with crackers or breadsticks.
