- 1 lb sugar snap pea (sliced diagonally)
- 1 lb asparagus
- 1⁄2 lb snow peas
- 3⁄4 lb green peas
- 1 bunch green onion, 2-inch lengths
- 3⁄4 cup artichoke pesto
- 1 bunch chives, 3-inch lengths
- 1 lb small green beans, 2-inch lengths
directions
- Choose 3 veggies + green onions. Steam each separately until crisp-tender. Combine in a large bowl and drizzle on Artichoke Pesto. Toss to combine. Top with chives.
