Directions

  1. Heat oil in large frying pan.
  2. When hot, add potatoes, cover and cook 6 to 7 minutes; stir twice during cooking.
  3. Season well and add butter.
  4. When melted, stir in garlic, onions and remaining ingredients.
  5. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, uncovered, over medium heat.
  6. Serve immediately.
