ingredients
- 2 bunches green onions
- 1 package softened cream cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- lemon pepper
directions
- rinse and dry onions.
- snip off top root and bottom green (leave most of the onion).
- use teaspoon and ball up 1 tsp or so of cream cheese.
- depending on size of onions.
- place ball of cream cheese on white head of green onion.
- sprinkle with lemon pepper.
- roll in grated cheddar cheese.
