- 2 teaspoons green tea powder
- 1 cup flour
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 egg whites
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup skim milk powder
- 1 1⁄4 cups water
directions
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Add in water slowly.
- Pour into a 9 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minute.
