- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1⁄4 cup chopped blanched spinach
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons chopped scallions
- 2 teaspoons miso (optional)
- 2 cups brewed green tea
- 2 tablespoons nori, seaweed (optional)
directions
- 1. Divide rice, spinach, sesame seeds and scallions evenly between two bowls. Add a teaspoon of miso paste into each, if using.
- 2. Pour hot green tea evenly over each bowl. Top with seaweed. Eat hot.
