“Based on a recipe from Esther Blum's book, Eat, Drink, and Be Gorgeous, a nutritionist's guide to living well while living it up. She adds, "Green tea is also loaded with polyphenols and antioxidants, improving the nutritional content of your alcoholic bevvie." This is certainly a starting point for those trying to add green tea to their diet! This is one of my all-time favorite vodka martinis! :)”
