- 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 cups green tomatoes, shredded
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon

directions
- Combine butter and eggs. Beat until fluffy, at least 5 min with electric beater on high speed.
- Fold in the shredded green tomatoes and vanilla.
- Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Stir into tomato mixture until well combined.
- Pour mixture into a 9x13 baking pan that has been sprayed with baking spray.
- Combine the 2 T sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon; sprinkle over top of cake.
- Bake at 350 for about 30-35 minute.
