- I use my food processor for this summer hit, but you can use a blender if you add Bloody Mary Mix when chopping Tomatoes, Cucumbers and Onion.
- First, finely chop Tomatoes, Cucumbers, and Onion and put in large bowl.
- Add the Liquids, Vinegar, Oil and Bloody Mary Mix and then add the dry ingredients and mix and cool in refrigerator.
- If serving for party.
- add the garnish and serve in clear glass bowls, may floating on ice.
- Enjoy!

Reading ,cookine and eating are my favorite things to do. I'm a type II daibetic who was very overwight, and I has lost over 120 pounnds in rhe past two years. I had had too many wake up calls to change my life, but now I'm listening. I'm trying to add more fish and veggies to my diet for a heathy mix. I love to read murder mysteries and watch CSI and Law and Order on TV (with all the spinoff) this is taking more of my time. I'm 59 years old and young in mind, I would have said heart, but my Doctor would disagee. I am a Air Force Brat and loved the fact I got to see a lot of the USA and the world. I was tought to cook by my mother and grandmother, out of self defense, mom wanted to sleep in and I was incharge of rasing my bother and sister for short periods in our lives. Like most folks who live it Texas, I take great pride in being a Dallasite, a Texan, and a flag waving American.
