  • Wash peppers, leaving whole, with stems. Arrange on broil pan or lay on preheated grill.
  • Grill (or broil) the peppers until they are charred on all sides and peel.
  • Place cooked peppers in a glass 13x9 casserole with tongs and top with another casserole the same size to "sweat" the skins for easier peeling. (Slice and remove seeds if desired.).
  • Arrange on a plate and top with the feta, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with oregano and hit it with a splash of lemon.
