Directions

  1. Wash peppers, leaving whole, with stems. Arrange on broil pan or lay on preheated grill.
  2. Grill (or broil) the peppers until they are charred on all sides and peel.
  3. Place cooked peppers in a glass 13x9 casserole with tongs and top with another casserole the same size to "sweat" the skins for easier peeling. (Slice and remove seeds if desired.).
  4. Arrange on a plate and top with the feta, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with oregano and hit it with a splash of lemon.
