Grilled Caribbean Chicken (Oamc)

"This is a slight change off of a Weight Watchers recipe that called for drumsticks. I decided to try in OAMC style, and threw it in the bag, and took it out a week later. VERY GOOD! Served with Zatarain's Caribbean rice, will look for a similar recipe on here next time I make it. DH and DD also like it a lot! Prep time does not include marinate or freezer time, since that's so variable!"

  • Combine the first five ingredients in a gallon ziploc bag.
  • Add Chicken.
  • Refrigerate for at least four hours to overnight, or you may put in the freezer for later use.
  • If freezing, take out the night before you plan to use to thaw.
  • Spray a grill with Pam, and prepare the grill.
  • Grill the chicken approximately 8 minutes on each side, or until juices run clear.
  • enjoy!

  1. This was pretty good! It had just the right amount of heat and you could easily add more jerk seasoning if you want it hotter. It was also easy to do. Thanks!
