  1. I will definitely make this again. My family loved the taste.

  2. I made these for dinner tonight and my kids loved them! I did have to substitute mozzarella cheese for swiss, as that was what I had on hand, and dijon mustard. I'm definitely going to be making them again.

  3. These were good. I used sharp cheddar cheese and swiss and I think it may have been better if one of the cheeses was milder. I also used dijon mustard so there were a lot of flavors competing for my attention. It was a bit much for my toddlers. We only made two sandwiches today, so I added more green onion and look forward to having the leftover tomorrow.

  4. Yum! I cheated a bit and used the filling only. I used small Turkish breads (pide) and didn't butter the outside, but cooked them in my sandwich press. I used Dijon mustard, which I thought might be a bit too strong, but it was perfect. I'll certainly make this again.

  5. Much better than a plain old grilled cheese. I cut the recipe in half, used dijon mustard, red onion, and added sliced tomato to my version. (I love grilled cheese with tomato!) I think I'd like to try it with green onions but I used them all last night and it is just too cold right now to shop!! I think this would make a nice family lunch when relatives are visiting.

I am a housewife who loves the job of mother and wife. I have loved to cook ever since I was old enough to scramble eggs. I just have to say, anyones recipe can be made better or for that matter worse. Especially mine!!! My first recipe is Cream Cheeese and Chocolate Pudding Parfait. In the desserts section.
