  • All measurements are approximated. Don't actually measure. Just eyeball it and adjust according to taste.
  • Place cheese on one slice of bread and top with hot sauce.
  • Add other slice of bread, butter outsides and fry.
  • Splash Bragg's aminos on each side. Top with parmesan.

I try to eat vegan, and most of my creations are also gluten-free because my husband is Diabetic/Celiac. I don't post any recipes I have not personally tried and liked.
