Ingredients Nutrition

  • 18 ounces grilled chicken breasts, thinly sliced, 3- 6 oz breasts
  • 3 large roasted red peppers, jar
  • 4 leaves red leaf lettuce or 4 leaves green leaf lettuce, large
  • 14 cup reduced-fat feta cheese
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Top lettuce with chicken and peppers. Sprinkle with cheese and scallions.
