  • Pound chicken to 1/4" thickness.
  • Place cheese on top of chicken; roll up tightly.
  • Wrap bacon slice around chicken roll up, covering exposed cheese and stretching to fit. Secure with a toothpick.
  • Cook on grill 15 to 20 minutes, basting with dressing and turning frequently until chicken is done.

<p>I am a Yankee transplant to the low country. My mom was English, so my cooking style reflects this. My favorite cookbook was McCall's Cookbook which is no longer in print. I've been married to a gourmand for 41 years, so I get lots of practice cooking.
