  1. Place all ingredients in a glass baking dish except the chicken and stir to mix.
  2. Make like slits in the chicken thighs.
  3. Put thighs in marinate making sure they are well basted getting marinate in the slits.
  4. Marinate 15 minutes while grill is heating up.
  5. Place on hot grill and cook to a slight char on both sides. Turn only once. Finish cooking on foil to prevent over charring. These stay so moist, don't worry about over cooking. They will not dry out. Pair with curry rice and cucumber slices.
