Ingredients Nutrition

  • 14 cup ketchup
  • 12 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (sriracha)
  • 12 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat barbecue or grill to medium high.
  2. Spicy ketchup: in a small bowl, combine ketchup, hot sauce and vinegar and mix well. Set aside.
  3. Cut potatoes into wedges, 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Lightly grease grill. Place potato wedges on preheated grill and cook until golden brown, turning once or twice. About 12 minutes.
  6. Serve with spicy ketchup.
