  1. Soak about 30 wooden skewers in water for at least 15mins. Peel and cube pineapple. Wash don't peel papaya's, and your other fruit of choice. Cube fruit.
  2. And simpily skewer fruit in any design you wish.
  3. And now you are ready for the grill, on low heat place skewers and turn every couple minutes until desired tenderness.
  4. Yummy on it's own or with ice cream. Enjoy!
