Loved it! Super easy. Needed a quick & easy lunch on a day I was off sick from work. This did the trick. I reduced the amount of butter used for my fried egg as recipe's amount seemed a bit much. I also made a true fried egg so that the yolk spilled out when eating it (YUM). Next time, I may try it as an over-easy egg so it's not so messy eating it. It was a bit hard trying to toast the bread in the skillet as a sandwich without moving the yolk! Will be making this again, for sure.

Very good. I had to sub whole wheat bread and all cheddar to use what I had on hand. (Next time I'd definitely like to try it as written!) I've always liked fried egg sandwiches, as well as grilled ham & cheese... just never thought of combining them! I was going to skip the step of frying the ham, but I'm glad I didn't. I think a little tangy mustard would be good on this. Thanks for posting!
