  • Place cleaned salmon on a large piece of heavy foil, open and flat with skin side down.
  • Spread mayonnaise on one side of fish, and layer sliced tomatoes on top.
  • Put salmon back together as a whole fish, and layer lemon slices over salmon.
  • Wrap with foil and grill for 30 minutes (or until fish flakes easily): you can also do this with salmon steaks.

My most important characteristic is this: I am a child of God through the gracious work of Jesus Christ! I love to be with my family and friends. Interests? Writing, reading, cooking, dancing, teaching, splashing in puddles...I am an English teacher, wannabe children's author, and a bit of a health nut...and I can't stand high pitched squeaky noises.
