Grilled Holiday Croque Monsieur

- 8 thick slices of home-style bread
- 8 slices crispy bacon
- 4 turkey slices
- 4 ounces gruyere cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons butter

CRANBERRY MAYO
- 4 teaspoons cranberry sauce
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
directions
- Spread Cranberry mayo on each slice of bread. Place two pieces of bacon in each sandwich; top with turkey and Gruyére, dividing the cheese evenly between the four sandwiches.
- Spread butter on the outside of each sandwich, just as you would for grilled cheese.
- Place in hot skillet, and brown on both sides until cheese is melted. Serve with salad,.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
