“I found this on another Web Site and loved it. Easy and delicious. The original recipe called for distilled white vinegar which we thought was to acidic. I use cider vinegar instead. Prep time is 10 minutes with a 2 hour marinate time.”

  1. Mix the vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic, onion and olive in large resealable bag.
  2. Mix until the salt dissolves.
  3. Add lamb and coat well with the marinade.
  4. Marinade in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  5. Heat a grill pan over medium high heat.
  6. Remove lamb from the marinade.
  7. Discard marinade.
  8. Cook for 3 /12 minutes on each side until well seared.
  9. The chops may be broiled in the oven for about 5 minutes on each side.
