Grilled Pork Steaks

- 4 pork steaks, 3/4-inch thick
- 1⁄4 cup beef broth
- 1⁄4 cup dry white wine
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
directions
- Trim as much fat as possible from the pork steaks.
- Place steaks in a plastic bag.
- Combine broth, wine, herbs, garlic, and salt.
- Add to pork, close bag tightly and place in a dish.
- Marinate in the refrigerator several hours or overnight.
- Drain pork; reserve marinade.
- Grill 4 to 6 inches above medium hot coals.
- Brushing with marinade now and then and turning to coat evenly.
- In about 30 minutes, the pork should be fully cooked and juicy.
- Brush with oil and marinade.
- Serve hot.
