  • Place portabella mushroom caps, chopped garlic, Italian seasoning and olive oil into a large sealable plastic bag.
  • Shake to mix all ingredients and place in fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Once 30 minutes has passed, grill mushroom caps on medium heat on either grill pan or skillet. *Start with gills down. Caps will only need to be grilled 2-3 minutes on each side, any more time and the caps will become mushy.
  • Grill burger buns slightly and add mushroom cap. Add cheese, veggies, condiments and enjoy!
