- 3 cups baby red potatoes, washed and skin left on
- 1⁄2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons clubhouse vegetable seasoning
- 1⁄4 cup water, approx to avoid burning the potatoes
directions
- Preheat your bbq to medium-high setting.
- In a bowl, toss together the potatoes, margarine, onion, spices, seasoning.
- Wrap the mixture in tin foil or put in tin foil pan. Add the water. Cover potatoes.
- BBQ for approx 30-40 min, until tender.

I didn't have the 'clubhouse vegetable seasoning' so used my imagination with other things including a bit of thyme, basil, oregano & garlic! This is a nice way to fix the baby reds, especially while the weather is still nice enough! [Tagged, made & reviewed for one of my adoptees in the current Pick A Chef]

I started baking when I was 8 years old and started cooking when I was 11 years old. I come from a big family and my mom allowed me to help in the kitchen at a young age.
