Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 slices rye bread
  • 1 tablespoon Russian salad dressing
  • 12 lb smoked meat, shaved
  • 12 cup sauerkraut
  • 2 slices gouda cheese

Directions

  1. Heat sauerkraut;drain juice; set aside.
  2. Microwave the meat;drain juice; set aside.
  3. Toast rye bead. Spread with Russian dressing.
  4. Top with warm meat, sauerkraut and cover with swiss cheese.
  5. Put under broiler until cheese is melted.
