- 4 rib eye steaks, 1 1/2 inch thick
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄4 cup McCormick's Montreal Brand steak seasoning
- 2⁄3 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste and Glaze with Honey and Pineapple
- 1 fresh pineapple
- 1 salt
- 1⁄2 cup unsalted butter, melted
directions
- Preheat oven to 500°.
- In a heavy duty baking pan line with alum foil and brush with oil. Season the rib steaks with salt and steak seasoning and let the steaks rest for 10 minutes.
- Brush the season rib steaks with half of the Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze with Honey & Pineapple and place into the oven for 6 minutes and remove and turn over and repeat this step. Remove the cooked rib steaks for oven and place onto a warm platter.
- Slice and remove the skin and slice into 3/4” rings. Season the rings with salt. Heat a grill pan and brush the pineapple rings with butter and onto the grill pan and with the pineapple ring are golden brown turn over and repeat this step.
