  1. Easy to throw together and soooo good for shrimp and prawns as well lobster. Since discovering this recipe I will never grill shellfish any other way.

  2. This one is a winner. It was the first time I cooked rock lobster tail, and I must say it was a great success. The seasoning is subtle and does not overpower the lobster meat, which is what I like about it the most. Thank you.

  3. Great simple way to prepare lobster. I thought the amount of olive oil was a bit overboard so only used about two tablespoons for one tail and it tasted great. Also used a few chili flakes to liven things up a bit!

  4. Our first lobster meal ever, and it was great! We made it without the lemon juice because we didn\'t have any, but it was still very good. Easy to make!

  5. I cut the paprika down to 1/2 tsp - I thought that I read a review that stated the paprika overpowered this but I see no review now.. We served this new year's eve for friends and they raved about the flavor - grilling is the only way to prepare lobster!

Me and my boyfriend have been together for 11 years now. We live on 40 acres and have 6 dogs and 4 Tennessee Walkers. We both work a lot of hours so there is never enough time in a day to get everything done. I absolutely love the outdoors. I also enjoy lifting weights, reading and playing with all of my beautiful animals. I absolutely love, love and love to cook. I like to cook a variety of things and also like love to bake. I like to just get in the kitchen and experiment with different things. If something does not turn out for me such as pie crust or gravy I will keep trying until I can make it work. Only problem is, when I finally make it work it may not work again the time after that. It is fun though and I do consider myself a pretty good cook for the most part. I also love slow cooker recipes. Those are my most favorite in the winter months.
