- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz. each)
- 1⁄2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup white balsamic vinegar (or dark)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
directions
- Rinse fish and pat dry. Combine oil, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper in a small bowl; mix well. Spoon about 1 tablespoons oil and vinegar mixture over each fillet. Place fish on an oiled grill about 4 to 6 inches above medium coals. Cook, turning once, about 8 to 10 minutes or until fish reaches an internal temperature of 150°F and flakes easily when tested with a fork. Drizzle with remaining oil and vinegar mixture.
