  1. Who knew? Terigon cream sauce is a secret passage to my heart. The sauce was amazing over salmon but was also very good over rosemary potatoes. Love.

  2. Delicious! We had to use plain Greek yogurt thinned with skim milk because, strangely, we couldn't find any regular plain yogurt at the grocery store. We made the sauce for 4, but had only 2 servings of fish, so we used the rest of the sauce as a veggie dip. It was great!

  3. Very tasy! I was looking for a simple way to cook salmon with a tarragon sauce and this hit the spot. I followed the recipe exactly as written and would not change a thing.

What can I say about myself that hasn't already been mentioned in the police reports? Just kidding! I'm a single guy who loves to cook! Good thing, or I'd starve or go broke eating out! I love to read, horror and mysteries are my favorite. Love music, (except rap) and I'm a huge Green Bay Packer Fan!
