"this recipe was a chance recipe we were at a church fundraiser when the hamburger meat would stay together so i improvised it was really great"

ingredients

1 lb ground beef
¹⁄₂ of a onion, chopped
¹⁄₄ cup breadcrumbs
¹⁄₄ cup of your fav barbecue sauce
1 egg
salt and pepper

directions

mix all ingredients to gether in a bowl on an outdoor grill place foil down and put the mixture on the foil just and brown just like you would in a frying pan when its browned to your liking i like mine done remove to a bowl then add more bbq sauce put on hamburger buns and serev with chips or frys i top mine with cheese and onions but you can puit what you normally do on a sloppy joe ebjoy makes four large just double for more.
