1. 4 stars here because DH loved the addition of the bacon. I'm not so sure that it really improves the trout but if he likes it better and is more willing to eat something healthy I'm quite pleased to wrap his in bacon! I used the broiler and grilled them at 8 to 10 inches from the element and the 10 mins per side was pretty much on point for fish doneness but by the time the trout is cooked I found that the bacon was only fit to be peeled off and tossed. This is very simple and prep time is almost non-existent. Thx ellie, I really needed a break from Hubby's Kraft Dinner and beans cooking.

I love cooking and trying different foods, but my favorite cookbooks are now Weight Watchers or low fat/low cal cookbooks as I tend to try and make low fat/low cal recipes. I lost over 90 pounds on Weight Watchers and have maintained for over a year now -- so my cooking/eating habits have changed drastically following my weight loss and to keep it off!
