- 1⁄2 cup fresh squeezed tangerine juice
- 1⁄2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
- 4 (4 ounce) tuna steaks
directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk the tangerine juice, lemon juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, cayenne pepper, parsley, garlic, oregano, pepper, and salt until well blended.
- Place tuna steaks in bowl and turn to coat.
- Cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove tuna from marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
- Heat a non-stick fry pan to medium high and cook the tuna steaks for 4 to 6 minutes. Turn and cook for an additional 4 to 6 minutes.
