  • Preheat grill to medium.
  • In a large bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill the vegetables, turning occasionally, until charred and tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Remove to a platter. Sprinkle with basil and feta.
  • In a small bowl, mix garlic, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle over vegetables.

  1. This is a beautiful summer vegetable salad that I also saw being prepared on the Neely's show. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I recall this being cooked on a grill pan vs. an open grill. For a regular grill, I suggest you either use a grill basket or cut the asparagus in longer pieces so that it doesn't fall through the grill grates. The cherry tomatoes would be a concern for the same reason. Thanks for posting!
