  1. This was delish! My bf loved it too. I can so eat this on a regular basis. I'm all about the veggies. The sesame seeds definatley give this dish a toasty flavor. I will be making this again soon. Thank you!

  2. Fantastic. I used green onions but otherwise followed the recipie exactly.

  3. Personally, I really do not care a lot for zucchini. I usually make it at dh request. Made this tonight to use some zucchini that he had bought at the store, and was pleasantly surprised. It came together very easy, and had great flavor. I did sub green onions for the regular onion- but other than that, no changes. Thanks for sharing!

  4. Very delicious! Went perfectly with the teriyaki salmon recipe I found!

  5. This dish was pretty good, I guestimated amount of zuccini, 3 zuccini's is pretty vague, I used about 4 cups cubed zuccini. I also used 1/2 sesame oil 1/2 olive oil, and eliminated the butter.

Tweaks

  1. Instead of cooking the sesame seeds with the veggies, roast them in the oven for a few minutes till golden brown and then sprinkle over the cooked vegetables just before serving. You will only need about half the amount called for this way too.
