Directions

  1. Sieve flour and baking powder. Add sugar and salt.
  2. Add egg and mix in food processor.
  3. Add melted butter then add Griottines. Mix.
  4. Pour into a baking tray or mould.
  5. Bake at 145C for 40 minutes.
  6. Soak cake as soon as it comes out of the oven with Griottine juice.
