- 2⁄3 cup dry vermouth
- 2⁄3 cup olive oil
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1⁄8 teaspoon dried sage
directions
- Marinate salmon in rest of ingredients in refrigerate for 4 hours.
