“This is an easy dish to prepare for lunch or as a mainstream for dinner. It does not need to use oven and it is delicious. This recipe is considered one of the typical food in Peru where its name is "Covered Rice". One tip for the preparation is to cook the rice well done, this means to use a little bit more water than the directions for the rice. Before to make the pie you have to spray the pan you will use to make this pie.”
