Ground Turkey and Corn Casserole

"This is very tasty! It originally called for ground beef and lots more cheese, but we liked it with ground turkey breast."

  1. So I decided to make this and the recipe had some missing instructions. I had to figure out what to do with the chili powder and BBQ sauce, which I added to the meat. It tasted pretty good. I nice recipe for some on hand pantry staples.

  2. This was fantastic. Even my 18 yr old picky eater loved it! I added red onion and garlic when I was browning the turkey, chopped green peppers to the filling to give it some extra veggies and used oatmeal in place of the cornmeal. But it turned out great! This will be made again!

  3. We really enjoyed this! I added some diced onion and green pepper to the meat while browning. Unfortunately we were clear out of corn so I subbed dark red kidney beans-delish!!

  4. This is good and easy. Next time I will add onions to the meat when browning.

  5. This is so good! I followed the recipe almost to the letter except for a couple of minor alterations due to ingredient availability. I didn't have Mexicorn so used plain kernel corn and instead of cheddar cheese, used the shredded nacho blend. The casserole turned out wonderful and we enjoyed it very much. I cut it into quarters rather than eighths for a more substantial serving. Thanks for sharing a truly scrumptious recipe!
