- 1 (3 -5 lb) package ground turkey
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1⁄2 red pepper
- 1⁄2 white onion
- 1 cup carrot, matchstick
- 1 cup rice noodles (broken into smaller pieces)
- sesame oil, to taste
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- Worcestershire sauce, to taste
- salt and pepper, to taste
directions
- Brown ground turkey.
- Add red pepper, onion, and carrots; cook until tender.
- Add bean sprouts and beef cube.
- Add rice noodles with a small amount of water to cook.
- Add sesame oil, salt, pepper, and Worcester sauce throughout the recipe.
- Serve on rice wraps or Boston lettuce leafs.
