  1. Melt butter in a skillet, add the chopped onions and garlic and pepper. Sautee until fragrant.
  2. Chop up the tomatoes, and toss in and sautee with the other veggies. Add a pinch of cumin powder, white pepper and black pepper.
  3. When everything is soft, dump it into the blender and blend till smooth. Add the milk and sundried tomatoes and blend a bit more.
  4. Return to pan and reduce a bit. Add a pinch of salt to taste.
