  • Melt butter in a skillet, add the chopped onions and garlic and pepper. Sautee until fragrant.
  • Chop up the tomatoes, and toss in and sautee with the other veggies. Add a pinch of cumin powder, white pepper and black pepper.
  • When everything is soft, dump it into the blender and blend till smooth. Add the milk and sundried tomatoes and blend a bit more.
  • Return to pan and reduce a bit. Add a pinch of salt to taste.
