Ingredients: 2 ripe Hass avocadoes; 3 scallions, finely chopped; 1 jalapeno, minced but not seeded; 1 tomatoes, coarsely chopped; 1 1/2 limes, juice of; 1 teaspoon salt; 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard; 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, minced

2 ripe Hass avocadoes
3 scallions, finely chopped
1 jalapeno, minced but not seeded
1 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1 ¹⁄₂ limes, juice of
1 teaspoon salt
¹⁄₂ teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, minced

directions

Scoop avocado pulp into a medium bowl.
Add the other ingredients and mash with a fork until combined but still chunky.
Pour into a serving dish and serve with tostidos on the side.

Delicious!! We really loved this guacamole. It goes together quickly and easily and is so full of flavor. I made exactly as written except that I added some black pepper and extra cilantro.
