  • warm chicken stock and add to bulgur wheat.
  • add minced garlic and let soak for one hour.
  • add all ingredients except avacado, toss gently and refrigerate for one hour to let flavors marry.
  • when ready to serve, toss once again with a little olive oil, and add slices of fresh avacado.
