  1. Slice avocado if half being careful of seed.
  2. Remove seed and scoop out avocado flesh; place into bowl.
  3. Mash up with fork till as chunky or as smooth as you like.
  4. Add lime juice and mix till combined (to prevent avocados from browning).
  5. Add rest of ingredients and mix till combined.
  6. Taste to make sure flavors are to your liking.
  7. Cover and chill 1 hour before serving.
  8. Serve with tortilla chips.
