  1. im sorry, this really didn't do it for me. i was intrigued by the simple ingredient list and the use of mayo to make the dip creamier. The taste of the mayo was pretty overpowering, and it seemed like it was "missing" something. I added cumin, cilantro and onion powder, and it masked the mayo flavor enough to be enjoyable.

  2. I used lime as well instead of lemon. Very creamy and easy to make! The tastes before and after the chili powder were not very different.

  3. Very creamy guacamole. I used light mayonnaise and would use less next time as I prefer a less creamy consistency. Also used lime juice rather than lemon. I was afraid that 1 tsp of chili powder would over power this, but the amount was fine.

  4. This was really good. Thank you.

  5. I'm not great at mashing avocado, but this still tasted good. I used fat free mayo instead of regular. This is nice and creamy though I think it needs a little more kick. I'm thinking I may try lime juice instead of the lemon next time. Thanks for the recipe, Mae!
