  1. Wash outside of avocado cut in halve and scoop pulp. place in a bowl. mince onion, tomato, cilantro and jalopeno. mash avacado with fork and add next 4 ingredients. juice the lime and add to everything in the bowl . mix. salt and pepper to taste.
