ingredients

2 ripe avocados, mashed about 2 cups
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
¹⁄₂ cup sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1 dash Tabasco sauce

directions

combine the first four ingredients well and stir in the last three items.
Blend until smooth.
