Guacamole With Goat Cheese and Tomato

- 3 large ripe avocados
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 cup roasted garlic, bruschetta topping
- 0.5 (112 g) container goat's milk, cheese crumbles
- 1⁄4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon louisiana hot sauce

directions
- Cup avocados in half lengthwise, remove pit and scoop out flesh into a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then mash with a fork until smooth. Stir in bruschetta topping, cheese crumbles, cilantro, olive oil, lime juice and hot sauce until well blended.
- Serve immediately, garnished with cilantro leaves, or cover and refrigerate up to 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips, pita or vegetables.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
